Description
As a Permitting Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the permitting process for projects. This involves ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to permitting, zoning, and building codes. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, architects, government officials, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient permit acquisition.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Legal, Land, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in permitting or related field
* Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to permitting, zoning, and building codes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong organizational and project management skills to manage the permitting process for multiple projects
* Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues and develop solutions
* Experience with permitting software and databases is preferred

Working Conditions:

The Permitting Lead will work primarily in an office environment with some travel to project sites. This role requires frequent communication with project teams, government officials, and regulatory agencies. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines.
